The Nigeria of our dream, we must build am by force. Part 1.

Straight out of the gate, I have to point out the Nigeria of our dreams is very different, depending on where you sleep. It's not a matter of your level of exposure, education, religious affiliation or any of that deep thinking garbage, it's merely a function of how much of the "national cake" you're eating or watching people eat.

To break it down; a poor kid who serves drinks at a bar frequented by looters will aspire to live in a country where He has access to public funds. The one who serves tech bros and sis at a bistro around the corner will dream differently. The latter probably wants to live in a country where power and highspeed internet is not a luxury and now you understand why the smartest kid in your class voted a "known thief" into office- we sleep different, our dreams are not the same and you know what they say about a house divided against itself.

How we build a great country starts with getting these two kids to agree on a path forward, looking at a brighter future beyond just themselves. "This administration will work for me and family" is not a long term plan.
